Called in 3 times to request for a copy of invoice

Something I don't understand is that I only get a statement and no invoice. I called in requesting a copy of my October iPad/data invoice. I have called in 3 times over the last 3weeks and I'm still waiting for a request they promised will be resolved in 24 hours. What irritates me the most is that Vodacom expects you to keep their reference number otherwise when you call in to follow up they capture the request as a new request. To me they importance of a reference number is a reflection of their bad service that I will need it, meaning rest a assured I must follow up, no guarantee that one requests once and it shall be done. I experienced the same problem when I requested an itemized billing. I got it after throwing a tantrum, a consultant had to give me his email address to send copy of ID&letter &promised to personally follow up. This time for the invoice the consultant was not phased by my tantrum, instead he was irritated. I asked to speak to a team leader, i was told they only come at 8, he undertook to give me feedback before his end of shift at3, he didn't.By the way this is from the so called elite red team. Still waiting, not 24 hrs later but almost a month later.
