Not receiving Invoices despite requests

We have an account with ADT Security and our monthly payments are done via Debit Orders. However, we have to REQUEST our monthly invoices every single month despite official email request sent in December 2012 to send invoices via email every month. Yesterday, 9 July 2013, we called again to request our invoice and the account consultant was rude, demanded that I should first give him our company bank account details, confirm my email address etc. etc. I asked him why should this be neccessary in order to obtain our monthly invoice. He did NOT gove me an adequate answer, but became rude and impatient and insisted that he will NOT supply our invoice - to which we as a customer HAS A RIGHT to receive monthly - unless I supply all the details he asks for.

I requested to speak to his manager, to which I was told that she is currently on a call. I requested that she, a lady by the name of tracey, please call me back. Up until now, still NO RESPONSE and no invoice.

As a consumer, it is our right to recieve our monthly invoices for charges being deducted via debit order from our bank account. This is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE, thus, as a last resort, reporting poor service here.
