Century City Exchange Heavily overloaded

After logging faults on their website no action has been taking to address a heavily overloaded exchange in the Century City area.

Telkom now fails to even respond to faults logged on their website.

The exchange in the Century City area is heavily overloaded and traceroutes to [URL Removed] frequently look like this:

Reaching Mweb's network via the exchange takes around 400ms in this case which is completely unacceptable.

I got ADSL specifically for gaming. With pings like these most games are completely unplayable in multiplayer.

I want to know when Telkom plans to address this if ever.
