I have had an extremely slow line for about two months now. At first I was told it was a telkom issue and telkom has come around 4 times and could not find the fault. I have logged numerous tickets the numbers are RE: #PRX721224290 - #PRX721209761 #1501324.My tickets keep getting closed and nothing has been done to help me.
I have done most of the liasing with Telkom myslef due to the fact that nothing has been followed up and there has been no active assistance nor feedback despite the promises.
I finally got to the bottom of the issue today when I used another ISPs account and my line worked perfectly.
Therefore it has not been a telkom issue all along but rather a WA issue. I was promised I would be helped today but nothing. I was promised a call with feedback in the morning and nothing! At the very least you could give me another username to try if my account was faulty!!! I am a paying customer and I DEMAND SERVICE. It is afterall my right. Why is it the nobody from senior management is ever available for me to escalate my issue to!
