Ferrari Collection incomplete. Issue 60, 64 & 67

I have not received issues 60, 64 & 67 of the Ferrari Collection. After numerous calls and e-mails Varshal. K [Email Removed] informed me that issue 84 was the final issue and that issues 60, 64 & 67 are out of stock (this I have heard on many occasions). He promised to (I don't know where) search for the missing issues (July 2013). I have not heard from him since. The incomplete collection is worthless and if they cannot provide the missing issues I would like a refund with interest.
