REFUSAL TO GIVE BACK REFUND

I have suffered a major inconvinience from this store. After buying a 'supposedly 3D TV' and realizing it wasn't 3D at all. The tv dies and I take it back and it takes over a month to try and fix it. They only tell us a month of having no tv that they cant fix it. Then after weeks of going to that store up and down and spending hours trying to resolve this issue. They then contact us (after complaining) for a refund. We go back for the refund and we have to explain the problem to different people. The manager isn't even there to assist us and we are told to go home and they will let us know what the next step is. I have wasted fuel and airtime trying to get my money back. One person says this and another says this and im not the one at fault here. Should I now be chasing you for the mistakes you made? I now have to waste my money as a customer just to get a simple refund? Im so tired and disgusted at this. Someone should pay for the inconvenience and suffering I have endured. This is now a serious issue and im tired of dealing with it. If this issue is not resolved today- maybe we should let the lawyers handle it.! This is my second complaint.
