Withdraw from Debt Rescue, all ignore me

I sent a cancellation letter to withdraw from Debt Rescue with immediate effect, requesting a letter confirming this as well, as one of my creditors requires this, before they give me payment details.
Debt rescue, is ignoring me and I have sent this to various people. I even have a reply saying ''ignore any future emails from us''. They tried to take off the debit order again, and the bank costs on the rd is R111.15.

Pathetic service, they clearly have an internal issue. And now I must pay R111.15 pm for their internal issue, and I cant pay one of my creditors, as they are ignoring my cancellation, and request for confirmation letter that I am no longer on Debt Rescue.
