I spoke to Paul Brent this morning about a refund that I had been struggling to get from Compeg for months to a year for a sale that was cancelled.
After my conversation with Paul, I actually felt quite silly that I had been stressing over this matter because he was infact surprised that I thought the issue was complex. His great attitude made all the difference. He solved my one year problem in a few minutes.
He just told me to furnish him with a couple of documents, and he is happy to resolve the matter asap.
