Still no finality on complaint sent in on 12 June

I sent a complaint in on 12 June 2012 at 09:39. I received feedback on part of the issue BUT to date the issue is still unresolved.

It appears that you have not read my previous correspondence carefully. There are a number of issues I mention in the communication. You seem to only have addressed one of these issue, i.e. the refund of the overbilling.

Can I have answers on the other issues viz;
1) The fact that the refund was authorised on the 15/052013 as per a text message I received on the 15 May 2013 (ref: REQ:2109599) however you have taken so long to process this that another payment has been debited from my account, so you will have to arrange another refund for 21 May 2013's debit order. When is this going to happen?
2) When is this account actually going to be closed? It seems to me to be quite a logical process. First close the account, then calculate the overbilling and then refund. In this way the account will not continue calling for monthly fees.

So yet again a whole lot of 'spin' with nothing finalised.

Please could I have some finality in this matter.
