Upgrade Faults - Billed for MTN's fault

I upgraded 3 weeks ago on a MTN contract and my new data bundles and minutes were not loaded on my account. MTN has agreed to start loading them with the next bill run, but I will be billed for the data I have to use out of bundle for the rest of this month. This is unacceptable, as this is MTN's error and not of my own doing. These extra costs must be carried by MTN. My query number at MTN is 9966 5297.
