Hi, I have an internet data bundle contract for R149 pm. In May I was billed an extra R149 for a 500meg they charged to my account. In June, I was billed an extra amount of about R688.59 for my internet usage. This is unacceptable for I have only signed for a 2 gig night and a 2 gig daytime which amounts to R149pm. If there is no data left to connect then they are suppose to disconnect my service for the rest of the month, not bill me as they please. Why did they not phone me or send an sms to inform me that my data is finished and asked if they can load extra data at additional costs.
