Data not loaded on contract phones

Since 12 November I did not receive, as per the contract, 500mb of data.
My carry over data ALSO got lost.
Data bundles on other number (s) are also not loaded.
I am in constant contact with my service provider and they assured my MTN confirmed that my data WAS loaded.
How is MTN going to ensure that I am not billed for data used while 'contract' data was not loaded.
MTN communication is extremely bad
