I opened an account with Neotel-Cedar Square branch in April 2013. On taking the supplied handset and internet device to my home it did not pick up signal. I returned the equipment within the 7 days return policy and requested termination of the account.

30 April I was billed R513 by Neotel. 3rd May I called Neotel. Consultant assured the account would be terminated (again) and the cash would be refunded on 24 May. This did NOT occur on 24 May. I phoned again and the cash was assured to be refunded on 31 May. This did NOT occur and infact I was billed R299 on 31 May! Phoned again on 3rd June and spoke to Blessing and then his supervisor Steven. I was assured to be refunded on 10 June. Steven pleaded I do not post on Hello Peter if I give him this extra chance. 11 June Neotel called indicating the cash to be refunded on 27 June! The amount was NOT refunded on this date. I then spoke to Pumelele on 27 June who indicated cash to be refunded on 9 July. I spoke to counsultant on 11 July as money has still NOT been refunded! Promised now to be next week! I've spoken to 6 Neotel consultants and after 3 months am yet to be refunded! I am at a loss how to deal with this pathetic company!
