No Refund

Unfortunately after numerous calls I am now forced to take this a step further.

I have been told every Thursday for more than a Month my refund would be made as you have already received your goods back but no, instead on the 2nd of September you attempt another debit order and due to there being insufficient funds I am charged a penalty, after which I phoned again every week to confirm and I am told the same by Angela " your refund will be done on Thursday".

This is my last attempt in getting my Re-fund the Non Legal route with the additional R138.00 bank charges.
