Failure to Transfer leads to utter frustration

I am a subscriber to a 3-year contract (Paid in Full R150 transfer) at Lynnwood Planet Fitness. After relocating to Johannesburg I thought moving my membership to Bedfordview will be a effortless task seeing as there is a Planet Fitness conveniently on my way to work.
A month and a half down the line and I have now been told that I will have to pay an additional R3000.00 up front before I can transfer. They are unwilling to make arrangements and if I do not phone PF I never hear from them. I am firstly appalled that I was not told in the 2 months leading up to the transfer of the additional costs. Secondly that they are in noway willing to accommodate me to some extent.
After deciding no further I phoned and mailed Lizelle to tell her I want to cancel my contract. She apologised for the inconvenience and that she would get back to me within a week. That has no come and gone. I am tired of phoning and mailing up and down to a company that has no regard for customer care. I demand better service and my money paid back to me.

The willingness of your competition to have me as a member should be very cumbersome to you as a group. I am very disappointed in your attitude and service.
