Refund for incorrect details captured

Last month I had a new contract taken out at Vodacom. The consultant loaded my debit order incorrectly. When the incorrect debit order went from my bank account, I had insufficient funds and therefore automatically I was charged a unpaid debit order fee of R60.00 by my bank and charged a penalty fee of R100.00 by vodacom for a unsuccessful debit.

I went to the branch and explained how the incorrect date debit order date was captured by a consultant and I took my form with me which clearly indicates I requested the debit order date of 27th of each month but my debit order was loaded for the 7th of each month and the manager agreed to refund the R100.00 penalty fee as it was his staffs error. I demanded a refund of the bank charge of R60.00 for the unpaid debit order. The manager refused to refund me the R60.00 which I feel Vodacom should refund me because if the guy at the branch captured my debit order date correctly in the first place THEN I WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN CHARGED A R60 FOR A UNPAID DEBIT ORDER AT ALL AND THEREFORE I DEMAND A REFUND!!

I AM NOT SATISFIED AT ALL!!
