Still waiting for my debit orde

I'm getting texts telling me that i have an outstanding amount with you. I while ago i sent an email to you asking you to restart my debit order... I then got a phone call to say not a problem. I i feel like a slow payer, i'll bet that this is going to end up on my credit record too. WHY has my debit order not been reinstated or why have i not been asked to pay manually so long because you need more time to reload it? Why am i being sent texts in capital letters saying that i have not paid yet? Why was i not called back as promised? I'm still waiting to hear how long is left to my contract please. I live in Milnerton and pay you for Superclub every month but i don't go to gym because the closest one to me since i moved is Sable Square and the condition of your facilities, equipment and classes are appalling. Durbanville and the Kloof street gym set a standard for me but are too far away. I want to cancel but you won't let me. What a waste of my money.
