WORST SERVICE EVER!!!

I joined zone fitness, sable square branch on the 24/02/2013 on the day of sign up i was told i have a 5day grace period before my contract will commence and i will be binded for the next 24 months.
On the 27/02/2013 due to unforseen circumstances i had to cancel my contract which ultimatley had not been effective yet, hence the 5day grace period. After contacting the gym i was told the debit order had been sent through already and i will be refunded if my acc was debited.03/03/2013 my acc was debited and i immediatley contacted them they gave me a 5day turn around time for my funds to be refunded which is already pathetic.
I allowed them the 5 days but still no feedback and no refund when contacting them the 2nd time i was told i now need to bring in my proof of payment, i dropped it off on the 06/03/2013 and once again awaited their call, no contact once again for the next two days. When i called in on the 08/03 i was told the funds will reflect in my acc that same day or at latest monday the 11th. When i called in 2day i was told i should come in as they dont have anyone to send to the bank. I went in and yet again no money was left.

When am i getting my money back???
