Debit Order Reinstated without Permission

In December I got a sms and notification saying that I needed to pay R98 because my debit order had been cancelled. After much back a forth I paid the amount. Today I received a sms from Multichoice telling me that they have reinstated my debit order? This is after I have requested not to have one? I got a call from Multichoice telling me that I had not cancelled it and the R98 was penalty for a returned debit order. When I explained to the caller that I have email proof that it was the debit order incentive and that they have no permission from me to process a new debit order, the person hung up on me. Calling the call centre I was told that there is no debit order? Make up your minds. I want answers and I am not impressed at all
