Debit order cancelled by bank - NOW I SUFFER?!

Business & Finance

I have always had a monthly debit order on my Cheque account for my Credit card payment. In October 2013, I receive a new credit card only to find out THREE MONTHS LATER that my debit order was cancelled, my credit card stopped because I did not pay my credit card. Unfortunately I'm not a consumer that checks my bank statements every month and was not aware of this fact. The consultant who called me, tells me my debit order was cancelled due to insufficient funds. Which is amazing as I get paid the 25th of the month and the debit order goes off on the 26th. After about a 15 minute dispute going on between the 2 of us, we agree that Standard Bank will take my normal debit order amount 1/3 of the amount outstanding (my November and December debit order amounts) on the 26th of January. LOW AND BEHOLD after confirming this with her twice, she takes the money IMMEDIATELY! So what do I want? 1) I want you to LISTEN to the recording of my conversation with your consultant earlier this month.
2) I want you to make sure that my credit record was not affected and confirm this in writing
3) I want you to re-instate my debit order and confirm the amount going off on the 26th Jan
Thanks.
