I looked at relocating to Cape Town in January 2013. I went to Zone fitness to ask if I could use the guy while I was there and they advised it was R150.00 a month plus a hundred rand joining fee. I went to the gym ONCE! I have since paid R550.00 in debit orders and although I tried to cancel this and explain the situation to the fiance lady, I am advised that there is a cancellation fee as I still have 21 months left on my contract!
I was never told the contract was 24 months and I have witnesses that will advise the same. I currently live back in George otherwise if there was a Zone fitness here I could use the contract.
This experience has left a very bad taste in my mouth and I will tell never suggest anyone use this gym.
My ex boyfriends membership is also being debited off my account despite 4 calls asking for it to be removed!
