POOR MANAGEMENT AND INSUFFICINET EQUIPMENT

I specifically joined Planet Fitness in order to participate in the group aerobic sessions, specifically the step classes. For MONTHS (more than 6!) I have been complaining about the appaling condition of the steps and the lack of non-slip mats. My written complaints have gone unanswered and the manager keeps on shrugging his shoulders, telling me he has trouble sourcing the equipment. I did not know Planet Fitness is a government institution! How can non slip mats and steps take more than 6 months to procure!!?? And why has not one person bothered to give mee any feedback on my NUMEROUS complaints??? I am switching my membership, as Juandre has indicated he has no interest in keeping my loyalty at the Moreleta branch. Shame on you Planet Fitness.
