No steps and non slip mats, class weights smell

Hi there. There is a reason why i'm moving over to Virgin Active. Not only are their facilities nicer and cleaner, they provide so much more. The weights in the step class last night stink like old feet. They don't get wiped clean. There are not nearly enough steps for half the class and even those steps are missing their feet so they are too low. The puffy floor mats are slippery, not non slip. We kept sliding all over the place. I almost fell. Neadless to say that i am so displeased with Sable Square Zone Fitness. So many machines are old and out of order for long periods of time. Your equipment is outdated. I'm a superclub member who is not wasting money coming to you anymore.
