I have been to the gym for the last two years, never have my account arrears. I have changed banks, and FNB who is new bank did my debit order change for me. After FNB contacted Zone Fitness, and the debit order switch was confirmed by Zone Fitness, they still debit my old account, and it related that my account went arrears.

They only send out a sms to confirm my payment is due, but never have received a phone call asking why my account has not been paid. I send a email explaining why this happen, but I get no reply.

I went to the club, asking them when my contract ends, and they said it has ended and is now on a month to month basis. Why was I not contacted at the end of my contract, to discuss a new contract? And Why must I pay an extra month notice to cancel the membership if my two year contract expired.

Technically I should have not paid for March because I never sighed a new contract.

But that is now sorted, I paid every thing up to date and cancelled my membership.

Further more I will never recommend to join Zone Fitness.

I hope I get a response on this complaint as I do not get any response with a normal email.
