Planet Fitness overcharge my account

I took out a contract with Planet Fitness Lynnwood in Feb 2013. My contract is for 3 years and I pay upfront the whole amount. I could not put the whole amount on my credit card so I split it up in pieces. Some on my Credit Card some on my Edgars account and the rest to be paid off over 4 months with a debit order.

After 4 months they phoned me and said that the debit order has never gone off yet so I owe them money, So I was helped by head office and it seemed they had the wrong account number. So I paid the full amount that needed to go off from the debit order, so according to me, my outstanding amount had to be more or less R600 but according to them I owe R3000.

I have the proof off all the amounts that was paid so This is not possible, and they told me they handed over my account to head office. If I get a bad credit record because of this, i am going to be furious!
