NO RESPONSE, NO VOUCHER, DEAL EXPIRING

I purchased a Kauai smoothie voucher on about the 14th/15th April. I sent proof of payment though to Daddys deal and did not hear back from them for a few days. Fair enough. On the 19th April, I called customer service and spoke with Anna Nel who asked me to email her. She responded asking how may vouchers I purchased, I immediately replied and did not hear back from her. On the 22nd April I sent a reminder email asking her why I still have not received my voucher. she then replied with the exact same question she asked me on the 19th April 'How many vouchers did I purchase' . Frustrated, I replied asking her to please refer to my mail sent on the 19th April. It is now the 23rd April and I still have not had a response from her. Considering Daddys Deal is a well run business, I am suprised that I have received such bad service. To be frank, I am so fed up with this that they might as well keep my money and my voucher. This is about the principal really,
