I bought a boot online with a voucher, knowing the voucher would not be sufficient i had my debit card as well. I entered the voucher details as well as my debit card details thinking the system would be sophisticated enought to deduct the voucher first then debit card. It deducted the full amount from my debit card. I then called the help desk on the Sunday morning. The lady then cancelled my order. The next day i received an email confirming my purchase i then called again and it was cancelled. The money would take 3-5 working days to be back in my account which i thought was ridiculus. I still had the voucher and wanted the boot i then purchased the boot again only using the voucher it then worked. A day later i get and email saying there is no stock available and i my voucher would be refunded. This was the wednesday. On the weekend (27 April 2013) i checked to see if the money was back on my voucher which it was. I then went into a store on the 29 April to make a purchase with the voucher i got to the cashier he could see there was money available but when he tried to cash it it said insufficient fund. After many calls i was told i could only use the voucher in 10days.
