Smoothie Voucher - Still waiting after 6 Days

I purchased 16 vouchers on the 10th of April. When I tried to pay with Credit Card, the screen froze for over 15 minutes; so I stopped the process. The account then said EFT Pending; so I paid over EFT on the 11th. I have made 2 calls, sent Proof of Payment 3 times and sent in queries on their own website 3 times.
It has been 6 days and NOTHING. No response, no vouchers, nothing. This is the first time I have used Daddy's Deals and after I receive my vouchers I will delete my account and spread the word of what a farce this is. On the other hand I bought a Groupon Voucher this morning, within 5 minutes I had my voucher in my inbox.
Daddy's Deals, please do not try to complete with other online discount services if you cannot keep up!
