Kauai Smoothies- Disappointment

Yesterday I purchased Kauai Vouchers from Daddys Deals website and when I clicked on EFT payment in order to pay, the website froze. As a result when I go back to my profile under 'My Vouchers' I see the vouchers but they are listed as EFT pending.

I emailed Daddy's Deal Three times and they have still not yet responded. I called them a and a girl said that they will reply they 'probably' experiencing high email volume.

Very disappointed.
