Refund of money

I bought a daddy deal voucher for Unique skin and Beauty, which expires in April 2013. When I tried to make a booking the new owner informed me that the voucher was with the previous owner and that I must request a refund. Who will refund me??? this is bad service, are very sceptical to purchase any vouchers via daddys' deals...
