Trailer available, then not available

9th May I was in contact with Old Mac Daddy regarding a trailer rental, which was available, I then sent an email asking her to reserve the trailer as I would be bringing the Daddy's deal voucher with me, she replied and asked for the voucher number, unfortunately I was out of the office and only returned on the 12th May. I replied with the voucher code and was then asked to forward the voucher (at this stage I am assuming the trailer is still available and start making arrangements around the booking date). The voucher was forwarded 10 mins after receiving the email, only to get a reply after 5pm that day that they are now fully booked and do not have any space available???
