NO RESPONSE - POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

On the 11th April 2013 I tried to purchase the smoothie deal for myself and friends and pay with credit card but every time I tried on their website it kicked me out and asks to enter billing address. But nowhere on the page was there a place to insert my billing address.
I also tried to purchase vouchers for my friends and each time an error message appears saying invalid friend email address. The address is NOT invalid.
After 45 minutes of struggling and frustration I eventually had to purchase only 1 voucher for myself and to pay via EFT - R2!! i sent through the proof of payment, but did not receive my voucher.
I then tried to call their contact centre but no one answers the phone I only get voice mail.
i immediately emailed Daddy's deals for assistance on 11 April 2013 & have sent 2 follow up emails as well as tried to contact telephonically but no one has replied to me!!
The lack of customer service is appalling!!
It's now 29 April and STILL no one has come back to me about the voucher I have bought &paid for!
I don't think i'll ever buy from daddy's deals again, neither any of my friends as it seems they are willing to take my money but not help me.
