I bought the course on 17 April 2013 and made a direct payment of R435.00 to account. On 22 April I made an enquiery, I have not received my voucher. I was requested to forward proof of payment, I did. Got the following "there has been a systematic error with your payment, thus the reason no voucher was issued. We will not be able to manually generate a voucher for you. Please advise us if you would like us to add Groupon credits to your account so that you can purchase a similar deal from our website". On 23 April i sent Hi Ganeefa Please add the Groupon credits to my account to enable me to buy the same offer currently advertised. I receive this E-mail; Please provide us with your banking details to refund you as the deal is no longer available. I forward the details. I send them the following "My first deal with Groupon a big failure. Please remove me from your mail list. I will cancel my account". I receive the following." We are saddened and sorry to hear that you wish to unsubscribe the following email address". I receive the following again "Your credits have been added to your account". 24 April 2013." Morning Chantal NO, NO, NO. I requested a refund thank you". No refund.
