Complaint about their stock

I purchased samoosa's from them for my sons work fuction, I kept them in my freezer for about 2 weeks & took them out to fry this morning, the samoosa's look so disgusting that I was ashamed to send it to my sons work (second time), they are flat & the dough is soft & soggy after frying I called the store this morning & spoke with the manager he in turn called their supplier who in turn called me & he was very apologetic & was willing to compensate me, I declined his offer as my complaint was with the store & not their supplier.
I am not sure how long this product was in the stores fridges before I purchased so how could it be the suppliers fault, when you go to Nagiah's it is very difficult to find someone on the floor assising customers.

Sorry Nagiah you have now lost a customer that used to purchace for about a 1, 000.00 per month, my son has informed me that I must not mention that I want to go there again
