Good Afternoon,

We purchased a HP printer from your Cresta Branch a few months ago, when we purchased the printer we asked if the store keeps stock of the ink and we were told that they do.it is now a few months down the line my printer doesn't have any ink in it at present. I went to the store where i bought the printer from and they had no ink, this was a few weeks ago, i spoke to the manager (seleke) and was told that he would investigate and would call me and would get the ink i require. waited and did not get a call, I went back to the store on Friday evening and spoke to the manager again, and was told that he haven't got time to source the ink that i need for the printer and that i don't like that i should get out of his store. I am now sitting with a printer that i can't get ink for (as promised at time of purchase) i really think the service especially by the store manager is disgusting and rude and the way he treats his customers is appalling as he doesn't seem to have respect for them at all. will now be lodging this complaint on Hello Peter and will be informing HP of the disgusting service i received from Game Stores Cresta regarding one of their products
