Mouldy Samoosa Pastry

Yesterday after doing my Sunday lunch shopping i bought Samoosa Pastry, which when i got home was so mouldy it was actually fury and smelling with mould. The expiry date is for October 2013. I then called the shop and asked for them to either have some one standing or some one waiting at the door, as it was 5min to closing time, the first woman who eventually just transferred me to Priscilla for Priscilla to try and transfer me to some one else, I explained i lived at standard bank, and that i needed to make it that afternoon.
Is it too much to ask to want to make my food on the same day i buy it. This is my 3rd Hygiene or storage related complaint in the last 6 months, i am going to lodge this with the supplier as well as the Hyper Head office, because there are serious concerns around the health, hygiene and storage of the goods in this hyper.
