Unacceptable service

My domestic worker purchased a kettle from Checkers 3 months ago. After the first week, she had to return it as the kettle stopped working. Since then, she had to return the kettle 3 times already. Last week, she was told that they no longer had stock of this kettle and that this is no longer their problem. She did not have the money to buy an extra kettle and I feel that this service is totally unacceptable. Can you begin to imagine the extra expenses she's got at the moment because of boiling water on the stove - not even mentioning the inconvenience.

The service has been very poor and I believe that no customer should leave a store feeling the way she did.

Come on Checkers, I expected more from you (being a very loyal customer myself)
