On 19 January 2013 I left my Fossil watch at Menlyn Park branch for servicing and removal of moisture. They informed me that it needs to be send to Cape Town and they will send me a sms informing me that the watch is ready for collection. On 16 March 2013, after 2 months of not receiving a sms, I decided to go to the shop myself and ask where the watch is. At first they didn't understand. After a while of searching in the back they brought me the watch. I enquired why I didn't receive a sms and no answer was given. I put on my watch and walked out of the store. Almost immediately moist started to appear in the watch letting me wonder whether the watch was even send to for repairs. I immediately returned to the shop and the shop assistant, Itumeleng, told me he will ask the watch repairer this Monday to have a look and he will contact me. The day has passed and I never received a call. I'm a fan of Fossil and have purchased a wallet at the same store. This isn't even the first time I had problems with repairs at the same store. This is poor service and will drive me to change to another brand.
