For replacing battery your watch goes to Cape Town

I've read some of the reviews here and if you take the time you'll see that Fossil have a lot of issues. One of which is when you need a battery replacement. Now that's normally not a problem BUT if you have a Fossil it is. I can understand if you can't take your watch to any jewelry shop to replace your battery. But Fossil goes one further, literally. Youre watch does not need to go to any Fossil shop, it goes to Fossil in CAPE TOWN, for a NEW BATTERY, I'm in Johannesburg! So now I think, that should take 1 day with courier one way so you should get your watch within a week giving them 3 days to REPLACE A BATTERY, right? WRONG! I'm waiting around 4 weeks now and just got off the phone and they said it might be here this week or maybe next week Friday.
5 Weeks to replace a battery is just stupid. With all the complaints Fossil gets I suggest they open a service centre oooooh I don't know, .. maybe in the CAPITAL of SA or at least somewhere in Gauteng. If youre trying to save money by having 1 service centre, well I'm sure you're losing more bussiness (money) from the waiting period customers have to endure. MY FIRST FOSSIL IS MY LAST FOSSIL AND I'M TELLING EVERYONE WHY.
