I took my fossil watch in January this year for repairs once again more than three times now for the same issue I have been having for over four years now.

The first few times I took my watch to the Fossil Cresta Branch where I repeatedly paid for the repairs which were repeatedly occuring. Eventually I stopped going to the Cresta Branch until the Sandton store opened.

I took my watch to Fossil Sandton in january 2013 hopeful that the BAD service experienced at Cresta would not be repeated in Sandton, to my dissapointment I got just as Bad service as Sandton if not worse.

I haven't received an sms or any form of verification to notify me that my watch has been taken in for repairs or when I may be receiving it after repairs

I sent an email enquiring about my watch and Thabo M, didnt call me but merely responded to my email assuring me I will receive an sms notifcation soon updating me on my watch which should be back from repairs in 2 weeks. Its been more than SIX WEEKS and I am still waiting for an SMS AND MY WATCH.

I am disappointed at the lack of communication and how my request is being handled.

I still don't have the reference no or WATCH
