My repaired watch returned damaged

On the 29 th of Dec 2013, I had my Fossil watch sent in for repairs by Sterns. The watch is under warranty as its not even a year old. The minute and second arm fell off and I was told it will ready for collection on 7 Feb 2014. Today I get a phone call that I can collect my watch two weeks early than expected so you can imagine my elation. I immediately drive through (a 50 km round trip) to go and collect. To my horror the watch is working BUT to say the repair workmanship is poor is an understatement. The seconds arm is TOUCHING the minute arm and making a scratch on the white minute hand. A scratch that was not there when I brought the watch in to be repaired. What's more is if I keep this watch chances are I will have the same problem I had in the first place. What frustrates me is that I feel like my time and money has been wasted I mean the watch cost me R1600 and for that money and still under guarentee/warranty I do not expect such shoddy workmanship for such a reputable company. The worst part is now I have to wait another three weeks for THEIR mistake and that is unacceptable. I never bought a watch so that it can be in the repair shop yet that's were mine is.
