I BOUGHT MY FOSSIL WATCH IN MENLYN PRETORIA AT A FOSSIL SHOP THERE. FEW WEEKS LATER THEE TWO ARMS BECAME LOOSE SO THE WATCH STOPPED WORKING. AS IF THAT WAS NOT ENOUGH, THE KNOW YOU PULL TO ADJUST TIME AND DATE CAME OFF WHILE I WAS PULLING IT, . I THEN WENT TO JEAN ANDRE IN HIGHVELD MALL IN WITBANK BECAUSE I LIVE IN WITBANK AND THEY SELL FOSSILS AS WELL. I ASKED THEM TO MAKE A CLAIM ON MY BEHALF AND GAVE THEM THE WARRANTY BOOKLET. LAST FRIDAY THEY CALLED BACK TO SAY I MUST COME FETCH MY WATCH BECAUSE IT CANNOT BE FIXED FOSSIL HAS NO PARTS TO FIX IT. WHAT THEN DOES THE WARRANTY OF MY WATCH TO? IF THERE NO PARTS THEN WHAT DOES THAT MEAN? DOES IT MEAN FOSSIL IS NO LONGER OBLIGED TO ENSURE I HAVE A WATCH? WHOSE FAULT IS IT FOR UNAVAILABILITY OF PARTS? YOUR WATCH IS CLEARLY DEFECTIVE AND I HAPPENED TO HAVE PAID GOOD MONEY FOR IT, HAVE I KNOW LOST R1600 ON A DEFECTIVE WATCH? AM I BEING ROBBED? I NEED ANSWERS
