I bought a Fossil watch @ dis shop den in a month I took it for Repairs, I waited for the watch almost two months, the Manager of the shop said I would receive a brand new watch. Frustated as I was i neva received a brand new watch, instead it was fixed. I accepted that n the bad service/treatment from the Manager. On Feb 2013, the watch broke again, took it in, that was on the 1-03.I went to check on my watch today (23-05) cos I neva received any update on it..The assistant asked the manager, den de lady came from the back without greeting me, checks in the books den tells me sorry we still awaiting ur watch, I ask y wasn't i informed all dis tym. She immediately raises her voice at me n tells me well i dnt know but it's in CPT .Since the shop is closing down, how m i gona receive my watch, she says: ul get it from menlyn..I said i can't drive to Menlyn, she said: do you tink I care s am about to lose my Job.den i demanded to speak to Hilton her Manager n we spoke..I received the worst service, plus i feel that the products sold are inferior. I regret buying my watch from dis shop. Bad attitude with no sympathy for the client!!!
