WATCH NOT WORKING

My husband bought me a FOSSIL watch on Valentines day in 2012. I started wearing the watch two weeks after. The watch was waterproof up to 150m. I noticed that the watch was leaking water and sent it in for repairs. When the watch was sent back after waiting three months for the repair it had a deep scratch on the face of the watch. The watch went in again for the scratch to be repaired. After the repair of the scratch the watch started leaking water in less than three weeks. It was sent in again. I handed in the watch in January again as it started leaking water again and demanded a refund. Four months passed and nobody at NWJ followed up on this watch. They are now refusing a refund and request that I choose another watch. We paid R1500 for a watch a year ago which I havent even worn for more than two months!! I will never purchase anything from them again and I wish that other people learn from their careless attitude towards their customers!!
