I am so disappointed with service that I received from fossil!!!
On the 10th of March I handed in my fossil watch to get a new strap as the one that it had
Was starting to perish after I have just had it for over a year! With big disappointment the lady told me it would take anything from 4-6 weeks. I handed in my watch at the fossil shop in centurion mall. After almost 10 weeks the shop contacted me to let me know my watch is back.

After I have been waiting for so long for my watch, they fitted the wrong strap.

And now after 16 weeks I'm still waiting!!!
I have at this moment 8 fossil watches and after this very bad experience. I will think twice before buying one again.
