I got shouted

I was at edgars yesterday to return my shoes sylvia asked me if i took out the prices i said yes and she asked again with a loud voice infront of customer and co-workers i felt humilited when i tried to responsed i got shouted i never been humiliated like this in my life i didnt deserve that and again i wanted to return my son`s shoes which i bought around december she couldnt tell mi they cant take them back after 30 days she had to call her manager to tell me that she needs to go for customer service trainin and anger management class because i couldnt hold nmy self in the Manager office i broke down and cried its fine i am waitting for my bank to give me my savings and pay Edgars bill and go to woolworths we i can be treated like a customer and get a good service i am urtelly disgusted
