On 13 May 2013 I purchased several ites from YDE on my credit card to the value of R2000. I was in a hurry and couldnt fit my pruchases so I went home. On the evening I discivered the shoes didnt fit, for which I padi R699. I also decided to return a pair of earrings, for which I paid R180. I found the earring unsuitable due to the hefty price tag - the exact same earrings costs R20 at Edgars. So the next day, (today 14 May 2014) I set off to YDE Centurion to return the shoes and earrings. I didnt return my dress and jacket, those were fine. I was then told by the lady who assited me that they dont exchange or take back earrings due to hygienne reasons so I asked her to please ask the Manger to make an exception, because I didnt wear them, and they also dont display a huge sign that states that theres no exchange on these items. She came back and said no, the manager said no. The manager then came out and I tried to explain my story to her - she rudely interrupted me and refused to take the eaarings back. She also called the security guard to remove me from the store. I found her treatment and prejudiced. I even felt to return all my purchases due to her behaviour.
