INFERIOR QUALITY OF KELSO SHOES

During April I bought a pair of Kelso boots and started wearing it in July occasionally.By end of September the soles started to completely disintegrate on the inside, causing the HOLLOW heel of the sole to split open on both boots. I took it to Edgars Paarl Mall with my cash slip. The manager was not present. I left the boots and a very unfriendly assistant called me back a week later to tell me that the damage was due to wear and tear. I phoned Edgars customer care who said if the manager says it is wear and tear that must be it, I must send a photo. How can you take a photo of the inside of a boot? Up to date I could not get help from either Edgars Paarl Mall or Edgars customer care. I also saw on your website there was a similar complaint of Kelso shoes. I paid R260.00 for the shoes. I went into the store several times, but the manager is never three. What must I do? I am an account holder of Edgars for ever and have a very good credit record with them. That is not the way to treat a loyal customer. I am not a criminal trying to get a new pair of shoes.
