Ad service and bad attitude

I have had enough with bad service from Edgars I bought Prato shoes at Edgars and after wearing them a few time the heal broke lodged a complain with head office and they said i should return them to the store. 22 February went to Edgars and after waiting for an hour Thandeka the cashier that was assisting me came back to me that they will do a follow up the next day it never happened, after 2 weeks called the head office again and they said i should go back to Sandton and they will do credit back the money I paid for the shoes when i got there Yesterday the manager said she was gona call head of department who accused me of lying and said it was not 2 weeks since i had complained and they did call me to come and do the transaction and i never came, but the manager who i spoke to said they could't find the transaction on the system so she was goina call head of department. That women head of department was unhelpful and full of attitude and accused me of lying. Even said something rude when i left the shoes at the counter and walked away as im sick of being send from pillar to post. really dissapointed with staff at Sandton specially customer service.
