No Delivery No Phone Call - Left in the dark

I recently bought a new queen sized Sely from Dial-a-bed at the Comaro Crossing branch. Once I had purchased it, delivery was offered on the same day however I was no going to be home so I asked if the bed could be delivered on tues. Today (Tues) I called Ronnie Brown at /- 15:30 to enquirer what time the bed would be delivered so I could make sure i was home. He told me he was expecting the delivery van and would be delivered at about 5pm. This sounded perfect because it gave me to time to get home and have my old bed removed to make way for the new one. 5pm came and went but I was understanding. 6pm, came and went, and as it hit 7pm I knew my bed wasnt coming tonight. I am furious because no one called me to say it wouldnt be delivered but what makes it worse is that distance cant be to blame as I live exactly 4km away. Now i am forced to sleep on the couch as I had organised for my old bed to be taken today. I refuse to pay any delivery fee. I have being inconvenienced and left in the dark. I would like an explanation of why I wasnt informed of the whereabouts of my new R5k bed!
